Cristal and I have not begun our interviews yet, but will meet with our first interviewee on Tuesday, March 20. Our first interviewee will be a community partner so we may learn more about our migration group before we begin interviewing them. For the time being, Cristal and I have been editing our website so it will be ready for new content. Through editing the website, I am learning more about how to use WordPress and the different features it offers. I will also be working on refreshing my skills in Final Cut Pro, as I was trained in an older version of the software and now must learn the new design.

I think it is wise of you to first interview someone that can give you some more context to the group you will be working with. I am also learning how to use WordPress more thought this website, slowly but surely!
I think by editing the layout of your webpage and relearning how to use the editing software, you are making an excellent use of your time. All of the work put into the project now will certainly payoff down in the future. Further, I am sure that there are YouTube tutorials available regarding WordPress features if you ever get stuck. I am not very technology-savvy, so those videos help in times of trouble. Good luck with your first interview! I hope it goes well and I look forward to hearing about it!
