My name is Cristal Figueroa. I am a senior at the University of North Carolina at Asheville. Both of my parents are immigrants from Mexico. Seeing their struggle has inspired me to advocate for the rights of immigrants. Most do not understand the life of immigrants due to the lack of education and biases regarding the subject. With this project I hope to educate many on the day to day life of the average immigrant.
